Refund Policy
1. General Refund Stance
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Once account credentials have been delivered, we cannot offer a refund.
2. Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be issued if the account provided is non-functional at the time of delivery (e.g., incorrect credentials) and is reported within 24 hours of purchase.
3. Replacement Process
If you encounter an issue, please open a support ticket in our Discord. Our team will verify the issue and provide a replacement if the claim is valid.
4. Cryptocurrency Payments
Please note that cryptocurrency transaction fees are non-refundable. Refunds, when issued, will be for the USD value at the time of purchase, minus any processing fees.
5. Order Cancellations
If you have placed an order but have not yet received the credentials, you may request a cancellation via Discord support.
